Job Title: Senior Executive, Marketing - Imports
Reporting to Tanisha Bhasin

Division Beauty eCommerce
As the Brand Manager, you will be the driving force behind Kay Beautys marketing initiatives.
You will own the brands topline growth targets, marketing budgets, campaign planning and execution, creative development, channel-specific activations, and content strategy, ensuring consistent messaging that resonates with our target audience across all touchpoints. You will
also be working closely with senior stakeholders in this role.
Lead the Development and Execution of marketing calendars, key campaigns, and omnichannel activations.
Plan and Manage Marketing Budgets to align strategic priorities and maximize ROI.
Drive Marketing Initiatives Across Channels including Nykaa onsite, offsite, and retail plans, covering creatives, communications, digital campaigns, events, retail store activations, photoshoots, media, influencer collaborations, and more.
Prepare Marketing Presentations, Reports, and Performance Reviews to track progress and inform decision-making.
Own Key Marketing KPIs such as new customer acquisition, brand searches, impressions, and other metrics tied to business goals.
Collaborate Closely with Stakeholders across internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless alignment and the achievement of Brand Marketing objectives.
4+ Years of Marketing Experience with a proven track record of success in driving impactful campaigns.
Experience in Nykaa Beauty or Makeup (preferred but not mandatory).
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in any field is required; a masters degree is preferred.
Planning and Prioritizing Effectively to manage multiple campaigns and projects seamlessly.
Staying Updated on Beauty Trends to keep strategies fresh, relevant, and aligned with market dynamics.
Exhibiting Strong Attention to Detail and Presentation Skills to deliver high-quality work and impactful storytelling.

Lead the Execution of Marketing Plans to ensure timely and effective rollouts.

Innovate and Explore New Channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Contribute to New Brand Launch Plans by supporting strategic planning and execution for upcoming launches this year.
Understand Brand Goals and Audiences thoroughly to align marketing efforts with objectives and target demographics.
Stay Informed on the Beauty Landscape by keeping up with trends, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and industry shifts.
Build and Strengthen Relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
Deliver on Revenue and Marketing KPIs, ensuring the achievement of business objectives and growth targets.
